Brian has been involved in the fitness industry for the last sixteen years. He has been a personal trainer, fitness business owner, writer, and speaker. His education includes a Bachlors' degree in Exercise Science, a Masters degree in Developmental Kinesiology with a specialization in Biomechanics, and he maintains a National Strength and Conditioning Association certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
